My helpdesk gal is on vacation, that means that I get to try to do my job while dealing with the crap that she has to do.
At least from my experience the last couple of days, 80% of her time must be spent resetting passwords and unlocking accounts.
I make them remember TWO damned passwords. One semi-complex that they only have to change TWO FREAKING TIMES A YEAR, and one that is basically as simple as a pin number.
And by 9:30am, I've had to reset 3 of them and unlock 4 others.
IS IT THAT FREAKING HARD?
Do you know how many passwords I have to remember?
I probably couldnt even count, but just quickly thinking about it I can think of about 15. I'm sure there's 50 more that I don't use so often.
